The thesis is presented on 93 pages. It contains the introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, recommendations and the 168 sources of the bibliography, 45 tables, 13 figures. The results have been published in 12 scientific papers.
The field of study: epidemiology, virology, immunology.
The purpose of study: Determination and evaluation of the epidemiological particularities of HIV associated with viral hepatitis B and C in the purpose of optimization of the epidemiological surveillance (epidemiological, virological, immunological and prophilaxy aspects).
The objectives of study: Studying and evaluation of the morbidity of the viral hepatitis B and C in persons infected with HIV in special high risk population in function of localization, sex and age. Analysis and evaluation of immune status and viral load of the patients listed before. Elaboration of the recommendations for optimization of the surveillance system of the HIV infection, associated with viral hepatitis B and C.
Scientific problem: Epidemiological particularities of HIV-infection associated with viral hepatitis B and C in Moldova were evaluated. Co-infection of viral hepatitis B and C and HIV have high incidence with sever clinical evolution, but without significant influence on reproduction of HIV and imunoreglatory index CD4/CD8.
The scientific novelty and originality: For the first time, it was obtained original results about morbidity of the viral hepatitis B and C in persons infected with HIV in function of the risk categories: localization, sex and age. Was determined and evaluated virological particularities and immune status in these infected persons, including level of the influence of viral hepatitis B and C for evolution of HIV.
The theoretical value:Obtained results have permitted discovery of the new epidemiological, virological and immunological particularities of HIV associated with HVB and HVC in territory endemic for these infections.
The practical value: Obtained results permitted optimization of the epidemiology surveillance, prevention of these diseases, special in high risk population. Studying of the immune status and viral load of the infected persons with HIV and viral hepatitis B and C make possible evaluation of this category of the infected persons, for monitoring and optimization of the treatment system.
The implementation of scientific results: Scientific results were implemented in the elaboration of the National Program for viral hepatitis B, C and D combating for period 2012-2016.
