The field of research refers to the education technologies in primary education.

The aim and the objectives of the research. The aim is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological key points of integration of the modern educational technologies in the educational process with effects of formation and development of pupil personality of the minor scholar age.

Research objectives: determining the theoretical and methodological key poinds of integration of the modern educational technologies, development of educational technology based on critical thought in primary education; experimental evaluation of development and formation of pupil personality of the minor scholar age through the integration of modern educational technologies.

Novelty and originality of scientific research consists in concept definition of the educational technology, in general and integration of the educational technologies in particular, in elaboration of the Model of the integration process of the educational technologies in primary education, educational technology development on the basis of critical thought development in primary education.

The scientific problem addressed in the research: structure model integration of the educational technologies in primary education of development and formation of pupil personality.

Theoretical signification of the work constitutes the conceptualization of the educational process from the perspective of modern educational technology integration in primary education that was materialized in pedagogical Model.

Practical significationof the thesis constitutes projecting of the methodological key points of modern educational technology integration in the view of formation and development of pupil personality of the minor scholar age.

Implementation of scientific results: a vision for the integration of modern educational technologies. The reaserch results have been implemented within the theoretical high school "Gh. Asachi" and the elementary school "A. Ursu" of Chisinau mun. The experimental group has been represented by 106 subjets (pupils of IInd and IVth grades of the theoretical high school "Gh. Asachi" and the elementary school "A. Ursu").
