The domain of study refers to the General Pedagogy, regarding the educational partnership.

The aim of researchlies in the elaboration of the psychopedagogical references for health education, from an educational partnership angle, and the experimentation of the respective srategies.

The objects of the research:the analysis of the evolution of the basic concepts and the stipulation of the HE factors and the risky ones; the determination of the reference domains to build up the pro-health competences in terms of systematic-holistic approach, in correlation with the principles of psychology of health; the identification of the objects and contents of the health education; the determination and substantiation of the psychopedagogical conditions of the secondary school students’health education; the elaboration, implementation and validation of the psychopedagogical references of the secondary school students’ health education from an educational partnership angle/point of view.

The scientific novelty and originalityof the acquired results lies in defining and marking the concepts, achieved for the first time with reference to the secondary school students’ health education in the context of the health psychology; the systematic-holistic, historical, socio- pedagogical and psychological approach of the health education; defining and marking the concepts: health, biological health, psychological health, social health, health education, healthy way of living, healthy behavioral style, educational partnership, pro-health attitudes, competences and manners and health psychology; the analysis and elucidation of the dimensions of the general state of the public health in correlation with the studying of the risk factors and public health education.

Important scientific problem solved: the theoretical foundations of health education and praxiological pupils through the partnership of educational and pedagogical development of its parts.

The theoretical significance of the research reflects the analysis and elucidation of the dimensions of health, the general state of the public health, in correlation with the studying of the risk factors and the secondary school students’health education; the specification of the age peculiarities, manners and attitudes regarding health and healthy ways of living; the principles of the secondary school students’health education from an educational partnership point of view.

The applied value of the work lies in the elaboration and experimentation of the psychopedagogical substantiations of the secondary school students’health education from an educational partnership angle, which include:the conceptualizing, methodological guide organized in an ensemble of schemes and models and the masterly pedagogical strategy The development of the health culture at secondary school students from an educational partnership angle.

The implementation of the scientific results was carried aut by approving and revaluing the methodological instrument to diagnose the situation and the successful experimentation of the strategy, masterly elaborated in the process of the research.
