Research area: Sports training pedagogy.
Research objective: To improve the training process at the initial stage of specialization sports.
Research goals: 1. To identify the main content of the fighters’ training process at the initial stage of sports specialization. 2. To determine the composition of rhythmic music and education, adequate to the training process in Judo. 3. To develop and to give theoretical proof for the program and the conditions of formation of a specially-targeted motor skills in Judo at the initial stage of sports specialization of basic training. 4. To give experimental arguments for the efficiency of use of rhythm and music education in the training process of the initial phase of sports specialization in Judo.
Novelty and originality of research: for the first time the rhythm-structural organization of fighters’ motor action is investigated; the technique of base preparation for students SUPES (State university of Physical Education and Sport) on a Judo by means of rhythmic education and music at a stage of initial specialization is developed and approved; program-substantial and didactic maintenance of stages of the above-mentioned preparation according to their objectives and goals is defined; the complex of pedagogical recommendations is developed for stage-by-stage realization of the maintenance of rhythmic education and formation of the motor rhythm, providing efficiency of training process.
The actual scientific problem of the high importance in research is related to the intensification of training process by means of rhythmic education and music at a stage of initial sports specialization within the limits of a course „Perfection of sports skill” in Judo.
The theoretical importance consists in working out of the training process program maintenance for the students who are engaged in Judo; in arguments of formation methodology of technical actions rhythmic structure by means of rhythmic education and music; in approving of formation structure stages for motor activity of Judoka within the limits of initial sports specialization.
The practical importance of research: program-substantial and didactic maintenance of psychomotor abilities formation methodology is developed; this reflected target direction of training process on the stage of initial sports specialization, and allows to recommend an experimental technique for introduction in practice of Judo sports preparation not only students, but also the fighters who are engaged at specialized schools and clubs, and also for expansion of courses maintenance for personnel professional development.
Introduction of research results was carried out within the limits of training course „Perfection of sports skill” in the State University of Physical Education and Sport and LIMPS Chisinau city; USP T.G. Shevchenko, as well as of SS of OR wrestling and boxing Tiraspol city and SS d. Leova.
