Key-words: androcentrism, (situated, partial) noesis, literary canon, (cultural, symbolic) capital, deconstruction, differentialism, essentialism, egalitarism, phallocentrism, logocentrism, libido, misreading, feminine writing.

The field of research: philology

Aim and objectives: the study of the heuristic axis of feminist comparativism (the efficient combination of the theoretic, trans-geographic and trans-disciplinary with the literary text analysis levels); the study of the impact of the myth of intellectual neutrality upon the scientific noesis as a whole and upon the literary science in particular; the longitudinal reconstruction of the feminine literary criticism genealogy, of the divergences and methodological difficulties that accompanied Her development as an instance of noesis creation; the research of the relationship of the women with the artistic creation on the basis of literary masterworks of six Italian female writers; the reception of this epistemological model in order to solve the problem of the science of literature, of literary axiology as well as ethical and practical problems.

The novelty and scientific originality of the research resides in the systematization, the coherent analysis and presentation of the main orientation and debates in the international arena of literary studies. Besides, the research represents a “discovery” of Italian female writers in the twentieth century offering to the ones who study or are interested in Italian literature an extensive informative file upon the “hidden facet” of this matrix culture. Of course, the paper does not render revolutionary interpretations nor it provides challenging syntheses. We do consider that its main merit is to clarify the disarming complexity of nowadays hyper-culture, contributing to a better understanding of the times we live in.

Theoretical and applied significance of the paper consists in the fulfillment of a theoretic gap concerning the recent metamorphoses of the literary science, in which the feminist theory and literary criticism have become a distinct field of research. In order to correspond to the mobility factor, academic exchange, diploma recognition, and last but not least to the European integration, we consider it useful to research, store and transmit the scientific information encompassed in the present paper. The present research contributes to the understanding of historical sources, of the conceptual vocabulary as well as of the problems of new fields and trans-disciplinary tendencies of the literature being inserted in the range of high-quality studies in the national research environment. Also, the paper fulfils the lack of a specific academic field in research that would permit the master-degree students (including the ones who study journalism and communication sciences, history or anthropology) to get specialized in the field of gender, cultural or post-communistic studies in order to get better job opportunities and social competitiveness.

The scientific problem of the utmost importance, that was solved in the field of philology, consists in the identification of many directions, which were yet not covered in the national literary research, by applying the concept of gender as a fundamental category of social, cultural and historical reality.

Implementation of scientific results. The results of the research both theoretical and historic-literary and analytic can underlie some academic courses as The Theory of Literature, The History of Italian Literature, of Universal and Comparative Literature. The bibliographical conceptual and analytic ground can be useful as an informative file to elaborate similar theses on the basis of local literary material (or from other cultures) that would fit the national research to the models of inter and trans-cultural studies inserted in the “topology of cognitive areas” of nowadays’ complexity.
