Summary

The structure of the thesis: The thesis contains:Introduction, three chapters, the general conclusions and recommendations, references from 211 titles, 7 Appendices. The volume thesis is 121 pages of basic text, 24 figures, 30 tables. The results are published in 20 scientific papers.

Domain of study: Psychology.

The purpose of our study is to determine features of psychological intervention that would help to overcome the difficulties in interpersonal relationships in teenagers of the Republic of Moldova. This was achieved through the following objectives: theoretical analysis of the problem of interpersonal relationships in the teenage age, to determine the peculiarities of interpersonal relations preteen from 12-13 years, developing and implementing a comprehensive program to address the interpersonal difficulties to teenage age, propose specific recommendations to the development of positive interpersonal relations in the teenagers.

Novelty and scientific originality. For the first time in Moldova was investigated interpersonal problem preadolescent age, the result of which was establishing factors determining interpersonal difficulties in teenagers, have been prepared and be implementing some techniques for overcoming interpersonal difficulties in this age, were demonstrated the mechanism of psychological intervention in overcoming difficulties in interpersonal relationships in preadolescent. These results complete the knowledge in psychology ages, educational and personality. Important scientific problem solved was overcome interpersonal difficulties in preadolescent taking into account the factors set out in research determining interpersonal difficulties in this age, the techniques and adequate mechanism of psychological intervention to overcome these difficulties.

Theoretical significance and applied value. The significance of scientific research study results in developing and validating the conceptual model of psychological intervention in overcoming interpersonal difficulties in preadolescent age. The applied value of the work is the preparation, implementation and approval of the Program of psychological intervention, appropriate interpersonal relationships in preadolescent optimization, application of psychological remedial program by psychologists, teachers and parents to work with teenager difficulties in interpersonal relationships; program materials can provide a methodological guide for school psychologists, teachers, parents, people with interest in the educational process.

The results implementation. The study’s results were and are implemented in day by work of the schools psychologists, teachers, head-teachers, parents, deputy directors in charge of educational work in DGETS in Chisinau. Program materials of psychological intervention were used in elaboration the methodological guide for school psychologists.
