Thesis structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and practical recommendations, bibliography of 149 titles, 8 annexes, 147 pages of basic text, 16 figures, 22 tables and 15 formulae.
The obtained results are published in 12 scientific works (3 methodological guides, 3 articles in specialized journals, 2 articles in national journals and 4 papers at national and international conferences).
The domain of study presents the theory and methodology of education (Romanian language to non-natives).
The aim of investigation is the theoretical foundation and determining of forming methodology of hearing competence in order to shape an active listener for a better social communication.
Objectives of investigation: establishing the psychological and pedagogical basis of the HC; analyzing the curricular and school situation concerning the formation of HC; identifying the understanding levels of the heard message; elaboration, testing and validation of the HC forming methodology; identifying efficient forming didactic strategies of HC to non-native Romanian speaking students; interpretation of the statistical data.
Scientific novelty and originality of the paper is present in the establishment of principles and pedagogical factors which define the efficiency of the hearing competence development, stated in the Romanian language communication values; in the evaluation criteria of HC. The scientific problem solved in the research constitutes the forming of hearing competence with the help of active technologies for a better improving of the system of exercises in order to make the studying of Romanian language more efficient.
Theoretical significance of the investigation is justified by the theoretical and methodological study of the hearing phenomenon; updating the main concepts necessary for describing the hearing competence; theoretical contribution to the definition of the HC concept; elaboration of the hearing competence research tools.
The practical value of the work constitutes the elaboration and validation of the pedagogical Model of forming HC to non-native Romanian speaking students, formed by objectives, contents and specific strategies providing an introduction for creating a rising generation of textbooks and other additional curricular materials for the Romanian language.
Implementation of scientific results of the investigation was realized by the elaboration of additional curricular materials for the Romanian language meant for schools with the Russian language education, in the curriculum modernizing process, through courses for continuous formation of teachers by means of advancing the research’s values at scientific forums and of scientific publications regarding the studied field.
