Thesis structure. The thesis consists of introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 280 sources, 20 annexes, 250 pages of the basic text, 35 tables, 26 figures. The obtained results are published in 36 works.
Research domain: human resources management in education.
Research goal: Developing theoretic and methodological bases of human resources management by integrating pedagogical, psychosocial and managerial theories and foundation conceptual of HRM paradigm, of system HRM through the perspective of promotion of quality human resources management in education.
Research objectives: conceptual foundation of HRM paradigm in postmodern vision; dimension of HRM system; developing forming reference of human resources management competence of school managers; illustration of priority domains of professional satisfaction of the didactic staff in pre-university education.
Scientific novelty resides in: conceptual foundation of HRM paradigm in postmodern vision; dimension of holistic HRM System; developing HRM performance standards and indices; illustration of priority domains of professional satisfaction of the didactic staff in preuniversity education.
Theoretical importance of the research consists of structuring managerial Models of planning, evaluation, continuous training, and development of preuniversity education human resources in a term of the Competence-based Management; defining a chain of afferent concepts.
Applicative value of research is represented by: the Curriculum of professional continuous education in HRM directed towards the development of the specific competences in the domain; the design of the formation process of the HRM competences curriculum; methodological principles, laws, norms, strategies, conditions of human resources continuous training and development.
Scientific results' implementation: theoretical and methodological
research results were implemented in 7 national projects, in training courses for school managers
and teachers, in master's degree studies in "Educational Management" at the Institute of
Educational Sciences, in scientific and methodological seminars with school managers, with
managers and leading specialists of the regional departments of education
