Summary

Dissertation structure: the introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, the bibliography (177 sources), 137 pages of the basic text, 34 drawings, 77 tables and 29 appendices.

The purpose and dissertation tasks сonsists in development and application of model of optimisation of the finance wine industry enterprises. by means of application of financial instruments, that is it is necessary: to interpret concept «optimization of the financial management enterprise»; to develop model of optimisation of financial management enterprise; to conduct financial analysis of the wine industry enterprises by existing techniques; to make the analysis of use of financial instruments; to adapt use of a matrix of financial strategy for optimization of the financial management enterprise of Republic Moldova; to offer a technique of determination of optimum value of the sum of the credit agreement as one of the basic financial instruments of enhancement of strategy of financing of investment projects; to develop and practically to apply model of cost determination of assets at the conclusion of the lease agreement to optimization of the financial management enterprise.

Scientific novelty and originality of research consists in: specification of concept of optimization of the financial management enterprise; developments of model of optimisation of management by the enterprise finance; adaptations of a graphical method of the financial analysis for an estimation of an economic-financial situation of enterprises RM; application of a matrix of the financial strategy adapted for conditions of RM, for a choice of optimum strategy of development; uses of hybrid financial instruments for minimisation of financial risks; enhancement of elements of the credit agreement; developments of model of cost determination of assets at the conclusion of the lease agreement for optimization of the financial management enterprise.

The decision of a scientific problem in studied area consists in enhancement of management by the finance of the wine industry enterprises of Republic Moldova by application necessary primary and derivative financial instruments. Research has shown that events offered by us will allow: to optimise calculation of the sum of the credit agreement that, finally, will allow to receive economy at a rate of 3 % from the received sum of borrowed funds. The theoretical importance of research consists that the concept of optimisation of management developed in the dissertation the enterprise finance develops the theory of management of the finance enterprise.

Introduction of scientific results: models and some recommendations developed in given work, have been accepted for use at the several enterprises of Republic Moldova that confirms by adoption deeds of results of the research enclosed to the dissertation.
