The Purpose of the paper is to highlight the psycho- pedagogical conditions and to elaborate the methodology that would ensure the development of ACS, in preparation for future PET.
The research objectives: the research and theoretical-conceptual completion of creative skills of students; delineation of the parts and methodological forms of organizing a training in order to facilitate the ACS; Theoretical and experimental foundation of methodology stimulating training to the development of creative abilities in technical and technological training; analysis, systematization and interpretation of research results to elaborate the science teaching recommendations of development of organization of creative activities to develop creative skills.
Scientific novelty and research originality: theoretical and practical justification of psycho-pedagogical conditions of efficient development of creative abilities of the students – potential teachers of Technological Education. Relevance consists of historical socialpedagogical psychological necessity of development of creative abilities and creativity of the potential teachers of Technological Education; in multi-, trans-disciplinary approach toward process of development of student creative abilities in the process of technological training; methodology of teaching; strategy, curriculum models, forms, methods and means of development of creative abilities.
The important scientific problem solved consists in demonstration of the applicative value of pedagogical conditions and of the development methodology of ACS, based on pedagogical foundations which were elaborated.
Theoretical value of the research reflects the bases and strategy of development of students in the process of technological training, concept and conditions for development of the creative abilities of students.
Practical value of the work is justified by elaboration, implementation, approbation of the conditions, courses and methodology of development of creative abilities of students in the process of the technological training.
Implementation if the scientific results: Methodology of development of creative
abilities of students in the process of technological training has been explained, approved
experimentally and confirmed in the higher educational institutions of Republic of Moldova in
the space of 2006-2011
