Studied field and the work objectives. As a result of evaluating the effectiveness of local drug Regesan, were proposed measures for early diagnosis, appropriate treatment and prevention of chronic laryngitis. Objectives of research: developing an experimental model in laboratory animals (rabbits) allowing the use of Regesan in the medication of chronic laryngitis; the comparative study of the treatment effectiveness with the local preparation Regesan in patients with various forms of chronic laryngitis.

Scientific novelty and originality. For the first time was established curative effect of Regesan in the treatment of experimental model of chronic laryngitis and in patients with catarrhal and atrophic chronic laryngitis; it has been studied the clinical picture and treatment results of chronic laryngitis in people who have worked to mitigate the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear accident.

The scientific problem solved in the study is to develop an experimental model in laboratory animals (rabbits) by using the preparation Regesan in medication of chronic laryngitis and comparative study of the effectiveness of treatment with the local preparation Regesan in patients with various forms of chronic laryngitis.

Theoretical significance and practical value of the study. The obtained results complete knowledge in detection and treatment of chronic laryngitis by applying the new method of treatment using Regesan. Research has found the treatment efficiency of preparation Regesan in catarrhal and atrophic chronic laryngitis: anatomical restoration of the vocal organ, recovery of the voice function and socio-professional rehabilitation of patients.
