The goal of this research is efficiency of the training process of the beginner and performance groups in athletics following the management of modeling and algorithmic in athletic training process.
The results obtained as a investigation, demonstrated that the athletes who was involved in this training process (at start of experiment) have a lower level of performance potential, probably as a discordance of the program and course itself of a modern economic and social realities parameters.
It was elaborated and applied an experimental program of the course “Management of modeling and algorithmic to training for beginner and performance groups in athletics” – based on the consolidations, intermediary and operating training, and the action algorithms for each primary technical elements, specific at this training level.
Using the management theory of the athletic training is a necessity in a same time like a request for each specialist (professor, coach) involved in training process for future high performance athletes.
Compared the results of performance models and algorithms involved in practical and technique handbook, with the parameters of the federation, increase the value of scientific research in this thesis.
