Summary
For structures designing it is necessary to know its ultimate state or real bearing ability which can be defined only as a result of calculation taking into account properties of a material behind an elasticity limit. The account of not-elastic properties of a material of bearing structures leads to redistribution of efforts that allows to define real bearing ability.
In the dissertation the following is realized:
- the geometrical sense of plastic hinges by introduction of one parameter – jump of a turning angle of a normal of an axis in the plastic hinge has been specified;
- special finite elements which consider formation and development of plastic hinges have been constructed;
- the program in which special finite elements are introduced has been created and allows to define a ultimate state of bar systems;
- some problems which concern definition of a ultimate state of structures located on linearly-deformed foundation (the Winkler basis and elastic semispace) have been solved.
