The present work studies the process of optimiyation from the view point of pupils’ theoretical training.
Having analysed the specialized literature and using my experience, I have found out that the theoretical training is an important factor in the proces of physical education not only at the lyceum’slevel but at school’s level too. Thes study requines a special attension from the specialists who work in this franch.
According to the documents regarding the organisation and the training process at the physical education lessons in school, the theoretical land marks are intended for acquiring pupils’ knowledge at a particular level.
There are concrete and unique requirements concerning the teaching and evaluation at the level of acquiring them.
After having investigated the specialists who work in the preuniversitary education, i have come to the conclusion that the level of acquiring pupils’ theoretical knowledge is very low and it needs methodological research concerning the process of planning, teaching and evaluation.
In the research we tried to improve the theoretical pupils training by applyng a complex of methods in organising the physical education. They are applied in the training process during a year as a from of pedagogical experiment.
After having analysed the results of the pedagogical experiment it is proved that the level of the theoretical training is significantly increased at the pupils who were experimented. In the witness group the pupils’teaching process wal organized as usual, traditionally by taking into account the requirements of the existent documents of the ministry.
The best result were registered in the special theoretical where the experimented pupils proved to be at a higher level than the witness group experimented in majority of evaluated subjects.
In conclusion, the methodology of pupils theoretical training approved in the pedagogical experiment can be recomended for using themin the practical training in schools at a particular level.
