Summary

In this thesis are presented the results of scientific research of the influence of vanadium salt and Streptomyces metabolites on seeds germination and physiological parameters of their seedlings.

The purpose of research was to determine the effect of complex solution, which contains vanadium microelement (VSO47H2O) and Streptomyces levoris CNMN-Ac-01 metabolites (containing phyto-hormones, B group vitamins, amino acids, substances with antimicrobial activity), on soybean seeds germination and seedlings development.

Was determined that the effectiveness of complex solution on seeds germination and seedlings development depends of used substances concentration. A positive effect was obtained after the increase of S. levoris CNMN-Ac-01 metabolites concentration, but in case of vanadium salt – after concentration decrease.

Growth index and seedlings row mass accumulation was stimulated after seeds treatment with complex solutions.

Investigations of amino acids content of soybean seedlings revealed that in hypocotyls of treated seeds, with complex solutions, were increased the content of protein amino acids – 39,39mg/100g of dry mass. Aromatic amino acids content (especially tryptophan) was increased 1.4 times. Is seen a clear dependence between Streptomyces metabolites concentration in used solution and quantitative modifications of amino acids content.

Electrophoresis analysis of isolated enzymes, from soybean seeds treated with complex solutions, identified a protein fraction with high peroxidase activity that demonstrate the effect of studied preparation on resistance to stress factors.

Comparative analysis of lipid content in soybean seeds registered their content modifications after the treatment with investigated solutions.

Obtained results confirm the perspective of using complex preparation, containing vanadium salts and S. levoris CNMN-Ac-01 metabolites, in seeds treatments before presowing.
