There was established that in the conditions of vegetative experience the particularities of action of regulators of growth of the steroid nature – preparations of Moldstim and Eсostim on growth processes, morphophysiological parameters of winter barley of leaves the in process of ontogeny and their connection with biological productivity of plants in comparison with prepa-rationns gibberellins and citochinine nature.
A comparative study of influence of GA and BAP versus the influence of naturally occurring steroids compounds Moldstim and Ecostim on growth process, morphophysiological parameters of leaves during ontogeny of winter barley plants along with their relation to plants biological productivity in experimental pots have been conducted.
It was established the regulatory aspect of compounds application on winter barley plants in rotation fields. It was shown, that winter barley plants treatment with steroidal substances result into better development of photosynthetic apparatus, increase of leaves surface and length of activity period during the vegetation.
It was also established an increase in fresh and dry biomass quantity, content of pigments in plant’s organs during the ontogeny, the increase in the parameters of elements of plants productivity and crop under the treatment of growth regulators. The quality of barley kernels was improved through accumulation of proteins, starch, lipids and diminishing the content of cellulose and ashes.
Growth and photosynthetic parameters in the main phases of development (booting stage and kernel ripening) could be used in foreseen judgment of both individual plants and plantation productivity.
The efficiency of administrated growth regulators increases upon their application in the phases of tillering – beginning of booting stage and depends on variety peculiarities and precursor used.
