Summary

In this scientific work is demonstrated theoretically and experimentally that tolerance presents many-sided, many-aspected integral person formation close connected with the content of intellectual, emotional, motivational, behavioral spheres of personality and also with some personal descriptions of senior pupil.

With a purpose to form personal tolerance of senior pupil were elaborated and conducted the complex program of psychology-pedagogical influence, foreseeing the process of including pupils in special organized activities, stimulating nonviolence interaction, cooperation during the decision group tasks, adopting the ideas of many-sided world, culture’s complementarily, complementarily of opinions and views; directed on the development of rational, will, emotional and behavioral sides of personality.

The program includes social-psychological training of personal development for senior pupils and a cycle of seminars for teachers, directional on creation tolerance educational surrounding, foreseeing realization of principles of nonviolence pedagogy and tolerant interaction with pupils.
