This work presents the synthesis of the results of the microbiological in vitro studies, which scope was the studying of vegetal origin new remedies activity on some pathogenic fungi-agents strains which provoke dermatophytosis yeasts - agents of candidosis, as well as the elaboration of a new topical antifungal preparation obtaining technology and estimation of its efficiency in the treatment of dermathomycosis.
74 strains of dermatophytes and 19 strains of C. albicans yeast from pathological material of 789 patients were isolated, studied and characterized.
In vitro antifungical properties of some vegetable compounds (extracts) have been studied and established.
The results of investigations have been demonstrated the fungicide and\or fungistatic activity of Hidroperoxid – preparation on the basis of 12-hidroxi-8α, 12-epoxi-11-bishomodriman complex of terpenoid row on the growing of the dermatophytes strains: Tr. rubrum 01, Tr. gypseum 01 and 02, M. canis 01 и 02 and 2 strains of yeast C. albicans. Antifungal activities of Enoxil – preparation on the basis of aqua soluble enothanine from grape seeds on dermatophytes (9 strains) and C. albicans (2 strains) growth have been established.
Antifungal properties of aqua – ethanol extract from spirulina- ES on the growth of 50 strains of pathogenic fungi have been determinated.
The composition of a new topic antifungal preparation with biological active extract from
spirulina content – BioR gel and its obtained technology were elaborated. The therapeutically
efficiency of BioR gel for patients with dermathomycosis was shown by clinical experience.
