"Efficiency management mechanism of the securities market of Republic of Moldova"
The goal and objectives of this work are determined by the need for studing and for determining
the prospects for development in securities market of Republic of Moldova.
The paper is dedicated to identify general problems who are stopping the development of the
securities market at a national level and to create a set of proposals to improve the management
mechanism of the securities market of Republic of Moldova, which will help increase both the efficiency
of the securities markets, as well as for the economy.
In the paper, a special place is reserved for determining the necessity and importance of the
regulating system for the securities market as the main mechanism for the management of this market.
Particular attention is given to research work of the state's role in developing the securities market,
conditions to be made by the state in order to recover the securities market of Republic of Moldova.
The paper reveals the activity of primary and secondary market securities, including investment
and activity on the securities market of Republic of Moldova.
Are discussed concepts of integration and globalization, because these phenomena have brought
considerable benefits to national economies and investors. They offer new possibilities for placement of
the resources available and the new opportunities of accessing financial markets.
Conclusions and recommendations of the paper determine the significance of scientific and
practical work. Implementing the proposed recommendations can help to streamline the business of
securities market of Republic of Moldova.
Materials research can be used in teaching.
