The main objective of the research consists in a complex investigation of the organizational culture’s theoretical and applied aspects and its impact upon the conflict and stress that arise in the enterprises from the Republic of Moldova. In the process of changes that happen within the European Union integration as well as in the whole world, an essential role plays the organizational culture as a crucial and indispensable factor of the economic entities activity and of the social progress.
For the first time in this context, the author reflects the relationship among the organizational culture, conflict and stress. It is also highlighted the dependence among leadership, organizational culture, management culture and communication culture.
For the sake of management activity efficiency, the author describes the causes of organizational conflicts as potential sources of stress and the solving methods of conflict and stress situations
The investigation of organizational culture, conflict and stress’s theoretical,
methodological and practical aspects has contributed to synthesizing a range of
results, formulating and proving recommendations that may be used as by the
organizations and economic entities for improving their performances so by
education establishments – in the teaching process and scientific researches
