The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, experimental and methodological researches in the field of special electrical power converters and is offered to release them into production with use of the secondary electrotechnical and magnetic materials for reduction of cost, quantity of active constructional material with simultaneous increase of efficiency of consumption and production of electrical energy.
In the work are defined the new areas of application of special electrical power converters for electrical drive of the machines and mechanisms of home use, of centrifugal pumps for transformation of mechanical energy into electrical energy in the systems of nonconventional sources of energy. Is offered the resolution of development, of designing and release of welding transformers made on the basis of secondary using of electrical technical materials with offered at designing parities between the sizes of the steel sheet of material and windings, and parameters of transformer. The description and analysis of a new class of single-phase and threephase asynchronous motors with end face execution and for usual motors of household use is given.
Are described the methods of experimental research and modeling of a magnetic field in permanent modes of operation. Are established the advantages of this class of motors at mechanical connection with the working mechanism. The methods of calculation and mathematical modeling of transients are submitted. Is put forward the new concept of receiving of a rotating magnetic field in single-phase motors without connection the phase-shifting element and are given the mathematical models describing process of start-up of the motor. The comparative analysis of various variants of tight electric motors for a drive of centrifugal pumps is executed. On the basis of made researches is offered to use synchronous motors with constant magnets for increase of power at the same size as asynchronous motors.
In the work are given the new theoretical concepts and results of experimental researches, on the basis of which was developed the method of electromagnetic calculation of electric motors with constant magnets. The mathematical model in axes d, q with application of the method of final elements for the description of a magnetic field was developed. On the basis of this was optimized the process of start-up and synchronization of the motor.
The work is finishing with the description of some decisions to use the
end face generator with constant magnets in nonconventional systems of
production of electrical energy without multiplicator between the generator and
motor.
