Summary

In conditions of market economy the pledge of survivability of the enterprise is served with its financial stability. The problems of financial stability concern to number most important not only financial, but also economic of problems.

The dissertations the job is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of influence of the financial mechanism on the managements of financial stability, development of the offers and recommendations directed on increase to financial stability of the industrial enterprises with the purpose detour of crisis situations. Object of research are the enterprises of a light industry: "Ionel" S.A., "Floare-Carpet" S.A., I.M. "Piele" S.A.. During a spelling of job extensive diagnostics of a financial condition of the enterprises was carried out the various methods of an estimation of financial stability are used, the working systems, of management at the researched enterprises are shown, the positive and negative parties of job of the enterprises are reflected, and also the various models of an estimation of a possible in consistency are applied.

In the practical attitude on the basis of generalization of the special literature, analysis of financial activity of the enterprises are developed and the practical recommendations for formation of the mechanism of increase of financial stability of the industrial enterprises of Republic Moldova are theoretically proved, the complex of measures directed on its increase is resulted the model of account of optimization of financial stability is developed, and also the ways of perfection of the mechanism of management of financial stability in conditions of market economy are offered.

Theoretical situations, methodical development and the offered recommendations define the practical importance of job the separate situations of the dissertation were offered and are accepted for introduction in activity "Ionel" S.A. and "Floare-Carpet" S.A., that has allowed to improve a working control system.
