Summary

Specialities 23.00.01 - the theory, methodology and political science history; political institutes and processes. Kishinev, 2009. Work structure: introduction, 3 sections, conclusions and recommendations, the bibliography from 226 sources, 8 appendices, 120 pages of the basic text, 2 figures, 4 tables. Results of thesis have been stated in 11 scientific articles, published in scientific editions journals in Moldova and behind its limits.

Area of researches. This work is scientific research in labour sphere in a context of integration of Republic Moldova in the European Union.

The purpose and work problems. A research objective is definition of bases of social policy in work sphere, the analysis and underlining of efficiency of potential and prospects in the course of integration of Republic Moldova into the European Union. For achievement of this purpose have put following problems: definition of the multiimportance of social policy in work sphere; underlining of politico-legal definition of sphere of work in social policy system; revealing of preconditions of integration of Republic Moldova in the European social dialogue; research of primary problems in functioning of politico-legal institute of social partnership in a context of democratization of social policies; definition of possibility of integration of Republic Moldova in the European Union from the point of view of mobility of a labour.

Scientifically - research methodology. In work the complex methodology under interdisciplinary aspect, theoretical-analytical research of social policy in work sphere, in set of politico-legal factors is applied. In the course of work different scientific approaches such as historical, sociological, institutions, the is formal-legal analysis have been used.

Scientific novelty and originality. Scientific novelty of work is supported by necessity of distinction of social policies for sphere of work as a special problem within the limits of social policy and it is offered its politico-legal characteristic, and also the analysis was made, the information on problems of integration of national social policies in a social segment of the European Union is systematized and generalized.

Theoretical value of work. The used methodology in work speaks about interdisciplinary character of research which corresponds to modern lines of development of a scientific-theoretical political science, conclusions and recommendations can be used in Strategy improvement on integration and bilateral plans of action the European Union - Republic Moldova.

Applied value of work. Research conclusions can be used as an additional material for a course Political science and Social policy or for working out of new special courses, for example, European Union Social policy, Modernization of politico-legal institutes, Bases of development of tripartite social dialogue, Social policies of trade unions and patronages.

Realization of scientific results. As approbation of results activity since 2002 as the scientific researcher and since 2006 the director of branch of Institute of Work in Balty, and also scientifically-didactic activity as the lecturer on Chair of socially-humanitarian disciplines of State University "A. Russo" serves.
