Summary

The these is narrated on 131 pages, consists of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations, bibliography from 200 sources, 24 tables and 25 figures. The obtained results are published in 13 scientific works.

Goal: The assessment of particularities of clinical-hemodynamic and biochemical indexes to hypertensive patients related to body mass and the influence of imidazolinic I1 agonist receptors – moxonidine on these indexes.

Objectives of research: Assessment of clinical-hemodynamic, glucidic and lipidic metabolism particularities to hypertensive patients in relation with body weight; estimation of the rate of metabolic syndrome; evaluation of the antihypertensive effect of the imidazolinic I1 receptors agonist moxonidine, the influence on the glucidic and lipidic metabolism.

Novelty and originality of research: Clinical-hemodynamic particularities, the rate of diabetes mellitus type 2, altered tolerance to glucose and some insulinoresistance indexes of patients with arterial hypertension related to their body weight have been appreciated, the particularities and weighting of metabolic syndrome have been established. The influence of monoxidine on the hemodynamic and metabolic indexes have been studied.

Theoretical value: It was determined that to patients with arterial hypertension some hemodynamic indexes and lifestyle vary according their body weight. It was determined that patients with the same level of arterial hypertension are a nonhomogenous group regarding their body weight particularities, which influence lipidic and glucic metabolism.

Applied value: Abdominal obesity is associated with glucidic metabolism modification, whereas general obesity with lipidic spectrum modifications. The antihypertensive effect of moxonidine and the influence of it on the metabolism has been appreciated.

Practical implementation: The result of the study was estimated as scientific work and implemented in curative activity of the Institute of the Cardiology, “N. Testemitanu” SMFU.
