Summary

The particularities of the medical expertise of vitality by mental and behaviour disorders”, Chisinau, 2010. The thesys is exposed on 152 pages, technologically edited at a computer and includes: an introduction; five chapters; the conclusions and practical recommendations. The lustrative material includes 19 tables, 21 figures, 5 anexes, and the bibliography cites 148 literal sources. The achieved results are published in 10 scientific works. Key words: disability, mental and behaviour disorders, functional deficiences, invalidity, medical expertise, social-professional reintegration. The object of the study-patients with mental and behaviour disorders, who have been granted an invalidity degree. The subject of the study has comprised the particularities of the object of the study, as well as the consolidation of the management of the medical expertise of vitality service for disabled persons with mental disorders. The goal: the evaluation of the experise/ reexpertise process particulaities of the persons with mental disorders and the argumentation of it’s measurements of optimization. The objectives of the study: 1) the study of the structure and evolution of the primary invalidity indicators for adults by mental and behaviour disorders in the Repubic of Moldova during the years 2001-2006; 2) the study of the particularities of the medical expertise of vitality by mental disorders in the Repubic of Moldova; 3) the analisys of the factors that influence the process of medical expertise based on the social-professional aspects of the workers in this service; 4) the medical-social representation of disabled persons with mental and behaviour disorders; 5) the development of the managerial measurements viewing the optimization the medical expertise of vitality service oh persons with mental and behaviour disabilities. The described study in this work, judging by it’s character, is of an observational type-descriptive. The gender of the research: partially, by studying a part of the ,,statistic universe”. The method of selection: simply randomized, stratifiedly randomized. In premiere it has been done an intricate research of the level and the structures of invalidity indicators at adults by mental disorders in the Republic of Moldova, of the particularities of the process of medical expertise of vitality with the evauation of the force of influence of different medical and social factors concerning it by the method of dispersional analisys, of the social-professional characteristic of the doctors in the domain of medical expertise of vitality, of the medical-social and economical situation of disabled persons with mental disorders. The results of the study have been used as reference and have been implemented as methodical recommendations for the elaboration of ,,The national programme viewing the mental health for the years 2007-2011”, for the elaboration of the normative acts concerning the necessary interventions for the increase of the medical-social assistance quality of the persons with mental disabilities within the Republican Council of Medical Expertise of Vitality.
