The aim of the work is risk prevention of dento-maxilla anomalies recurrence after a complex orthodontic treatment using edentation prosthesis in children and teenagers. Objectives: recurrence prevention in some detached dental and oclussion anomalies, submissive by orthodontic treatment, prophylactic measurements conceiving of occlusion deregulation in different growth period, settling of adequate diagnosis and treatment planning using Onyx Ceph Software program, using of prosthesis achievement in time maintaining of obtained results in contention period after finished orthodontic treatment. The methodology of scientific research including research methods stability orthodontic treatment with different devices in cases ortodonto-prosthetic tooth formation for children and adults.

Scientific innovation. Have been studied partial edentation in children in different dentition. Have been made recurrence prevention dento-maxilla anomalies after orthodontic treatment using prosthesis devices. Have been made space modification for permanent tooth eruption. Have been prevent vertical and horizontal teeth migration of dental gap.

The theoretical significance. Knowledge supplement in reccurence prevention after orthodontic treatment with prosthesis methods in different dentition associated with dentomaxilla anomalies and partial edentation in children and teenagers.

The practical significance of the work. Important in practical terms, are developed most effectively orthodontic-prosthetic devices for preventing relapse after orthodontic treatment finished; The results and findings of the investigation may lead to new research.

The obtained results are implemented in curative activity of Dental Prosthesis and Orthodontic Department in Stomatological Clinic of SUM “N. Testemitanu” and are used in teaching of students and residents of Dentistry Faculty, of orthodontic dentists in perfecting cycle among Doctor’s Perfecting Faculty.
