Purpose: the study of dynamics and characteristics of intestinal bacteriocynosis formation in children (in early postnatal period) and elaboration of methods of its maintenance at the sanogene level.
Work objectives: to study the process of intestinal bacteriocynosis formation; to study the features of the intestinal bacteriocynosis components according to the type of feeding and intestinal diarrheal disorders; to develop an express method of determining the intestinal bacteriocynosis condition and to create a technology of developing microorganisms associations with probiotic properties; to control the formation and maintenance of microflora in children in early postnatal ontogenesis.
Methodology of scientific research: controlled formation and maintenance of human’s health; intestinal bacteriocynosis formation and populating the gastrointestinal tract with some species of microorganisms; the role of some species of microorganisms in health maintenance of a macroorganism.
Scientific innovation. For the first time, a highly active sanogene microorganisms association “Bistlac” has been developed, providing controlled formation and maintenance of bacteriocynosis at the sanogene level in children (in early postnatal period).
The scientific significance lies in establishing the ways of populating the gastrointestinal tract with various species of microorganisms and in creation of a new concept according to which the formation and maintenance of the gastrointestinal tract microbiocynosis can be performed under control with associations of probiotic bacteria.
Applicative value. There have been determined the critical periods of intestinal microbiocynosis formation; and the process of controlled populating and maintenance of probiotic microflora has been developed, as well as an express method based on testing the sanogene condition of intestinal bacteriocynosis.
