Summary

The thesis for a doctor's degree structure consists of the introduction, four chapters, conclusions, the bibliography with 203 references, the list of abbreviations, 14 appendices, and the 159 pages of the basic text. Results of the carried out research have been published in 12 scientific works.

Sphere of studying of the given research is the all-round analysis of institute of internal market of securities, namely the organization of standard base and its improvement as a result of application of norms of the international standards, considering the present policy of Republic Moldova directed on the European integration.

The purposes and dissertation objects consist in complex studying of internal market of securities; problems of legislative character and measures connected with their permission, directed on more effective development of a securities market in Republic Moldova considering requirements of the European standards; definition of the legal nature of a securities market and research of concepts of the financial market, and also the plan of action on improvement of a securities market and reduction of the internal legislation in conformity with the European standards is offered.

Novelty and scientific originality of the dissertation consists that for the first time in jurisprudence, contradictions of national legislation of the securities market and its improvement as a result of introduction of positions of standards of the European instructions are studied, and also, are offered a number of strategic directions on the further dynamical development of a securities market in Republic of Moldova.

The theoretical and practical importance of thesis, are defined by its actuality in the field of the financial low and theoretical studying of the legal nature and securities market concepts, and in practical sense the dissertational material can be used in the educational purposes in the course of discipline teaching «the Financial Low» and with a view of working out of national statutory acts connected with securities market regulation. Dissertational work offers a plan of action on improvement of a securities market, which includes a number of strategic directions on the further development of the securities market in Republic Moldova and offers a number of progressive ideas which will lead in the future to effective аnd dynamical development of a securities market in Republic Moldova.
