Domain of study: international currency and financial relations.

Objectives of thesis: Elaboration of estimation methodology of the degree of a small country’s integration into international financial flows; Revealing the evolution of international financial flows in the developing countries and interpreting the identified tendencies in relation with phenomena from world economy; Determination of the impact of currency and financial flows over the national economy of the Republic of Moldova and elaboration of proposals regarding their efficient administration.

Scientifical novation and originality: Elaboration of estimation methodology of integration degree into international financial flows for the case of the Republic of Moldova; The concept’s development of the management system of international financial flows; Elaboration of the concept of economical and financial integration strategy for the Republic of Moldova; Elaboration of recommendations on management of remittances flows and their directionning towards the real sector of the economy, by argumenting the necessity of active implication of Government in the realization of investment common projects with migrants.

Theoretical significance: Theoretical findings and realized conclusions can create methodology’s elements for future scientifical investigations. At the same time the work can be offered as bibliographical source for higher educational economic institutions.

Applicative value of the thesis: results from recommendation, which are comprised within the thesis, the implementation of which could increase the efficiency of the covered domains, out of which: application of „de jure” methodology within the process of estimation of the Republic of Moldova’s financial integration degree; implementation of management tools of financial flows in the Republic of Moldova from international practice.

Implementation of scientifical results: Some recommendations developed in thesis were accepted to be used in the activity of Moldavian Investment and Export Promotion Organization.
