Summary

The thesis contains the introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, the bibliography which consists from 122 titles, 7 appendixes, 119 pages of basic text, 32 figures and 3 tables. The obtained results are published on 21 scientific papers.

The area of study and the aim of the thesis consists in elaboration of some economic-mathematical models for optimal organization of the enterprise’s management processes, for diverse decisional situations. The achievement of this goal involves the following major objectives: research and critical analysis of some realizations in the area of enterprise’s activity modelling; obtaining of new theoretical results and practical aspects in elaboration and application of economic-mathematical models, that will consider the influence of diverse factors of the external environment; pointing out the particularities of decisional processes in an enterprise; to justify the validity of recommended models for analysis of decisional problems, to elaborate numerical schemes to solve the respective models.

The scientific novelty and the originality of the obtained results includes: emphasizing the main quantitative aspects concerning enterprise’s management in various decisional conditions; elaboration and analysis of a model that includes qualitative and spoilage goods; elaboration and research of a model where each product is divided into two quality categories; realization of decisional model that simultaneously includes the inputs and outputs of the production systems; analysis and solving of a stochastic model with two stages for storage and transportation; attain of theoretical results in elaboration of iterative method of solving for convex optimization problem in common aspect, on generalized gradient basis.

The theoretical signification consists of more adequate evaluation and formalization of respective decisional situations from enterprise’s activities, applying elaborated models and algorithms, which guarantee the significant improvement of the analyzed results.

The practical value of the work implies the improvement of enterprise indicators of performance and within them have been used the recommended instruments in order to manage the respective activities. Informatics applications are realised for the elaborated models that are efficient and useful for the analysis of various scenarios.

The scientific results of the work are implemented on the enterprises Anturaj-Nou SRL, Bertontrans SRL and on the studying process in Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, for students on specialty “Economical Cybernetics and Informatics”.
