Thesis structure: introduction; three chapters; conclusions and recommendations; bibliography (190 sources); 20 annexes; 134 pages of main text; 17 tables, 28 diagrams and 3 formulae. Scientific results had been reflected in papers of: 5 international conferences, 2 national conferences, 6 scientific publications of scientific magazines with reviews.
Field of studies: Economics and Management (of entrepreneurship). The thesis’ goal resides in the assessment of a complex study on the impact of new social communication technologies upon management activity and organizational environment; in identifying and eliminating reasons that cause frustrating aspects in professional relationships, in order to increase activity efficiency and companies’ achievements.
Thesis objectives: presenting defining elements of management communication and communication technology as an extension of management capacities from perspectives, as following: empirical and philosophical; determining and there have been created technology efficiency management through communication; impact analysis of new communication technologies upon management activity and offering argumentation on the necessity of changing management communication technologies; analysis of management communication system applied to the companies that render services, pointing out the main criteria for managers and employees ‘diagnosis’; determining the technologies that lead to efficiency of management through communication in order to increase company’s performance.
Novelty and scientific originality: situational treatment modern communication technologies in context design and implementation of „instruments” managerial as a „methodology” to redesign managerial communication process.
Theoretical importance and practical value: the new paradigm of managerial communication’s analysis of major trends of „redesign”; elaborating and implementing effective communication technologies specific to the activity of the enteprises that are investigated. Solutions provided by the present thesis are being sustained by the value of statements, conclusions and recommendations which might be useful for: scientific researchers of management communications; didactic staff of higher education institutions; students; for companies that render services from The Republic of Moldova.
Implementation of given scientific solutions: practical concepts regarding researches on
communication problems and implementation of new communication technologies have been considered
extremely useful, some of them have been implemented by some companies from the Republic of Moldova.
