The purpose and objectives of the work: The purpose of the thesis is the development of theoretical and methodological bases of crisis management and mechanisms to improve its foundation in public administration management. The main objectives of the thesis consists in the analysis document, and effective approaches to conceptual, theoretical and practical theory and practice of crisis management, based on the analysis and conclusions derived from it, to expose a system of views (concepts), which describe the essence of the role crisis management and business position in the local public administration, database development methodology to improve crisis management, on the achievements of modern economic science and management, research organization life cycle phases and crises occur in the life cycle of the company.
