Summary

The present job is devoted to the development of technology and research of the medicinal forms with the contents of extractive substances from the culture of cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CNM-CB-03, cultivated in the laboratory of The Institute of Microbiology from The Academy of Sciences from The Moldova.

The spirituous extract "BioR" was used as a source of bioactive substances for producing the medicinal forms.

The technological formula and technological rules of making tablets "BioR" and suppositories with the content of spirituous extract "BioR", on a basis of halfsynthetic glyceride (Suppocire) and on a basis of carbowaxy (PEG 1540, PEG 6000) was developed.

The wide assortment of macromolecular auxiliary substances of syhtnetical origin was developed due to technological formula and technological rules of making hydrogel on the basis of Carbopol-940, with the content of spirituous extract "BioR". The study of the rheological properties of the gel has allowed selecting an optimal concentration of polymer. Нydrogel "BioR" represents a pseudo-plastic liquid, and its viscosity depends on time, decreasing with the increase of the speed of the cut.

With the purpose of the standardization of bioactive principles from the obtained medicinal forms was developed spectrophotometric method of analysis of amino acids and peptides at the length of a 750 nM wave, with re-calculation at the bull serum albumin. The method is based on two reactions (reaction on peptide connection - reagent Biuret and reaction on aromatic amino acids - reagent Folin), as a result it turns out that the color becomes light-blue, and its intensity is rectilinear with the concentration of amino acids and peptides. The sensitivity of the method is of 10-50 µ.

After the study of the stability and the working life of the medicinal forms, the classical method at +25 С proves the stability of all medicinal forms during 2 years.

The made researches have allowed to develop the analytic-normative documentation to all received medicinal forms: Temporary Pharmacopeia Articles and Technological rules of manufacturing "BioR gel 0,05 %; 0,1 %; 0,25 %; 0,5 %", "tablets BioR 1,0мg; 2,5мg; 5,0мg" and "suppositories BioR 5,0мg; 7,5мg; 10,0мg".

The developed standard documents are coordinated and are approved by the Commission of medicine at The National Pharmacy Institute.

The developed medicinal forms are introduced in the Laboratory of microproduction "Ficotehfarm" Lim.
