Summary

Thesis structure: the thesis includes Introduction, five basic chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography from 396 titles 8 annexes, 228 pages of basic text, 21 figures, 16 tables.

Thesis theme publications: the obtained results are published in scientific works 32 (monographs 4, 12 articles in profile magazines, 16 speeches at international conferences).

Domain of study: the scientific basis of innovation issues from the pedagogical point of view.

Purpose of research: the purpose of the research consists of establishing the theoretical and methodological foundations of the innovational transfer in high-education.

Objectives of the research:

Innovation and scientific originality is offered by projecting a new direction in the educational theory and practice, represented by innovational transfer doctrine, which puts forward the development of the high-education institution competitiveness on the scientific research dimension and the formation of the innovating competence through research; theoretical analysis of the concept and innovational transfer process as both object and strategy of change management.

Theoretical significance consists in theoretical argumentation of the factors and application conditions of the innovational transfer from the social, management, methodological and technological perspective; elaboration of Three-Dimensional Model of Innovational Transfer, as a pedagogical model centered on consciousness, as a premise of successful implementation.

Applicative value of the research: the research results may contribute to the development of theoretical and practical innovational management in high education; theoretical marks can be applied in the conceptualization of innovational management at a systemic level; within the frame of projects and development programs of high-education institutions; within initial and continuous of the teaching stuff at all levels of the system.

Implementation of the research results has been done in some high-education institutions from Republic of Moldova during 2007–2009.
