Dissertation structure: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 155 titles, 2 annexes, 177 pages of basic text, 7 tables.

Study domain and objectives of the work: complex examination of the phenomenon of discrimination in light of contemporary constitutionalism, by building a society of non-discrimination in Romania and development, by virtue of this, the concept of eliminating discrimination.
Scientific novelty and originality: to study complex phenomena of discrimination and, in this sense, the concept of local development in contemporary doctrine of the elimination of forms of discrimination by developing and proposing new principles results, which allow to draw conclusions, generalizations and laws of scientific likely to generate original solutions for science and practice in eliminating discrimination.
Theoretical significance: the results of investigations will contribute to further development of science to the general theory of law, the legal protection of human rights and in particular, to deepen the theoretical knowledge on forms of discrimination.
Practical value of the work: the analysis of forms of discrimination in terms of social practice has been argued that discrimination can lead to separatism, terrorism, mass disorders and other social movements.
