Key words: arthroscopy, tibial condylar fracture, femoral condyle fractures, condrale and osteocondrale fractures, mini-invasive osteosynthesis.
Domain and aim of the research. The research included 150 patients with intraarticular fractures of the knee: 120 patients treated using arthroscopy and 30 patients treated using traditional surgery. Assessment of surgical arthroscopy in the treatment of intraarticular fractures of the knee and the development of management of mini-invasive surgical treatment for improving clinical outcomes.
Novelty and scientific originality. A study of first in Moldova in order to assess possible intraarticular treatment of fractures of knee arthroscopy. Indications and technique were developed to reduce the control arthroscopy of intraarticular fractures of the femoral condyle was substantiated and proposed a new method of treatment of intraarticular fractures of the tibial condyle with compression, separation and compaction of bone autoplastic mini-invasive technique arthroscopy, changes were studied physical and mechanical properties of traumatized cartilage of tibial plateau in different types according to the classification fracture AO / ASIF.
The theoretical significance and the application value of the research. Results of the
study have argued the usefulness and priority of arthroscopy in treatment methods before
traditional methods of treatment of such injuries. Study allowed the implementation in practice
of mini-invasive surgery technique intraarticular fracture of knee arthroscopy in clinics in
Moldova. Study allowed the implementation in practice of mini-invasive surgery technique intraarticular
fracture of knee arthroscopy in clinics in Moldova. The proven principles of the study
were recovered and applied in the treatment of patients with intraarticular fractures of the knee in
orthopedics-traumatology wards of the Hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedics and the
National Center for Scientific Practical Emergency Medicine.
