Summary

Author analyzed the level of stroke morbidity in Constanţa, subtype incidence of stroke, known the fact that stroke is the third cause of death in the major industrialized country and the main cause of neurological disability, especial at old persons. Unfortunately, in present incidence of stroke at young persons increased. For evaluation association between risk factors of stroke we realized an epidemiological study. For analyzing risk factors we utilized dates from a chestionary. The result permitted to calculate the force of epidemiological association between stroke and risk factors and the impact caused by risk factors.

From dates obtained result that both risk factors, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, represent higher degree of risk factors, needing important primary and secondary prophylaxis measures, with purpose to help population to identified risk factors, produced information for showing the ways between individual comportment and health, mobilized the committee for adopting a new style of life good for health.

Referring of weather influence of stroke onset is also known that another international study made on population like Connecticut, Siberia, Izumo City, France, Canada and Denmark, show no real relation between stroke occurrence and weather factors like atmospheric pressure, humidity, temperature, period of shining, present study realized in Constanţa, on the board of black sea, show a real correlation between weather factors and stroke onset.
