Study domain is the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Noninvasive carcinoma of the breast. Purpose of the thesis: the study of diagnostic, treatment and prognoses percularities of the breast noninvasive carcinoma.
Objectives of the thesis: assessing the clinical, imagistic exam and morphological data of Noninvasive carcinoma of the breast. The complex analyses of clinical, imagistic exam and morphological data and elaboration of treatment in dependence on the extention of the process.
The scientific novelty and originality of the scientific data received from the first time a clinico – imagistic exam algorithm was developed in the diagnosis of the breast Noninvasive carcinoma, intraoperative treatment algorithm tactics of Noninvasive breast carcinoma and algorithm for treatment of carcinoma after the surgery.
The theoretical significance of the work. Complete the knowledge in clinical, imagistic exam and morphological percularities of Noninvasive breast carcinoma and lead to elaboration of the treatment strategy (surgery, combined, complex), which the improvement of treatment efficacy. The assessing of risk factors in Noninvasive breast carcinoma prognoses of treated patients could serve as check point for secundary prophylaxis.
Practical value of the study: it was established risk factors for Noninvasive breast carcinoma which will contribute to prognoses improvement. It was determined the indication for surgery in case of different forms of breast carcinoma in situ for lumpectomies with limphnode dissection in case of different forms and variants of this oncologic pathology such contravercive ad imprevisible, like Noninvasive breast carcinoma. The practical implementation of algorithms developed in our study will influence the optimization of diagnosis and treatment of patients with Noninvasive breast carcinoma, a factor, which will improve the prognosis.
The study results was established in treatment of patients of Noninvasive breast
carcinoma into Mammology Departments of Moldavian Oncology Institute, where it was
elaborated the algorithms for diagnoses and treatment of Noninvasive breast carcinoma.
