Summary

Structure of the thesis: introduction, four chapters, conclusions, bibliography of 663 references, 115 pages of the base text, abrevious, annexes, 18 tabs, 18 maps, 6 graph.

The obtained results are published in 15 scientific papers.

Field of investigation: history, archaeology, numismatic.

Aim and objects: to determinate money circulation of the Moldova medieval state on the basis of numismatic and written sources from the middle of 14th – first quarter of 16th century; to study the proper coins of Moldova and the money of the neighbought countries, which have been taking a part of the internal market of Moldova and which were founded in the coin findings; to research political and economical influences on the market development and study of money circulation structur in the each period of the history of Moldova country.

Scientific novelty: realization the first research (in the Republic of Moldova) of the forming and development money market of the Moldova medieval state from the middle of 14th – first quarter of 16th century; analyses of the money-goods operations in the country internal market, influences of the neighbought states on his formation and development on the basis of numismatic and written sources.

Theoretical value: the work consist the first systematic research about the structure of the money circulation in Moldova medieval state from the middle of 14th – first quarter of 16th century on the basis of numismatic and written sources; obtained results, as well as a detailed catalogue of numismatic findings and written sources could be used as a basic materials for the further profound researches of the money circulation and economical history of Carpation-Dniester region;

Applicative value: it can be used as a basic materials for the specialised courses of numismatic at high education institutions and for scientific works about the history of Republic of Moldova, Rumanian, Ukraine and other neighbought countries.
