Summary

The thesis consists of introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 242 titles, in a total volume of 116 pages of basic text, 21 tables and 35 figures. The obtained results are published in 17 scientific papers.

Purpose of work thesis: was to study the morphophysiological change of alga Spirulina platensis grown on media with wastewaters from zootehnical complexes and elucidation of the biochemical and reproductional changes of the algae growing in the new conditions of cultivation, reduction of cost of the obtained biomass and comparative analysis of the biomass grown on mineral media and on media with addition of wastewaters.

Objectives: Study of morphological changes and reproductional capacities of Spirulina occurred in the use of wastewater as a nutritional medium; determination of the quality of the produced biomass; implementation of the method of continuous cultivation of method of Spirulina on wastewaters; administration of the obtained biomass to broiler chickens as nutritional supplement and to experimental diabetes.

Scientific novelty: Were studied the particularities of morphological, biochemical and reproductional changes of Spirulina grown on media with wastewaters from zootehnical complexes, wait assures the obtaining of increased biomass of alga. It was demonstrated that in the concentrations of wastewaters till 5-10%, with a much more reduced price, does not differ essentiauy from that grown on expensive mineral media.

Theoretical significance: There were obtained new data on: the morphophysiological particularities of Spirulina grown on wastewaters, as well as, the possibility of using the continuous Spirulina cultivation methodon wastewaters wite the purpose to obtain a reduced cost of the algae biomass. The chemical composition of the obtained biomass was demonstrated.

Practical value: is expressed in the proposed recommendations, the implimentation of wich will increase the efficiency of Spirulina biomass production with a valuable biochemical content with low-costs and perspectives of its usage in nutrition of animals producing the corresponding residues. Implementation of scientific results: The results have been implemented within and LLC “ Avicola Bulboaca”.
