Summary

The area of study:of the thesis is represented improve management quality and its impact on enterprise competitiveness.

The scope and the objectives of the thesis consist in studying the current state of quality management in enterprises and developing recommendations for improvement of quality management as a factor of enterprise competitiveness.

Novelty and scientific originality are underlined by the deep study and development of theoretical and methodological concepts and principles, the factors that had an impact on product quality management in the company, specifying the concept of improving production quality management at the enterprise, identifying the main directions of improvement of production quality management, model of organization development at the enterprise quality management, and the proposed model for forecasting demand matemetic changing product quality.

Theoretical significance and applied value of work is determined by the development of theoretical concepts and practical contemporary design and implementation methodology for determining impact on the competitiveness of production quality management on the domestic market and foreign business and identifying key issues and proposing solutions to overcome them. Research has revealed that the quality of key contributing factor in increasing company competitiveness. Also reflected in the thesis is to improve the quality management model to facilitate increasing business competitiveness.

Implementation of scientific results: concept paper, the findings and proposals have been used to develop quality management program to improve joint stock companies IONEL, TRICON, ACVILA.
