Area of research: Biochemistry, Medicine.
The goal of the research was to study the composition and turnover of the bone, to evaluate the significance of their ontogenetic dynamics in normal conditions and experimental osteopathy and to asses the influence of the cyanobacterial remedy BioR, copper coordination compounds CMT-28 and CMT-67 and their combinations.
Novelty and originality of research: For the first time a comprehensive study of the bone in postnatal ontogenesis under physiological conditions, in experimental osteopathy and after correction of the disturbances by local remedies was conducted.
The theoretical significance. Results of the study complement the fundamental knowledge about the developmental characteristics of the composition and metabolism of tissues and organs. The data obtained allow to detect the biochemical markers for bone tissue in postnatal ontogenesis under physiological conditions.
Рractical significance of the work: The parameters of the bone composition and turnover in ontogenesis in experimental osteopathy were identified for early diagnosis of the bone diseases, monitoring of their evolution and efficiency of the treatment. The influence of the cyanobacterial remedy BioR, copper coordination compounds CMT-28 and CMT-67 and of their combinations were established to justify their use for pharmacological correction of metabolic disturbances characteristic for the secondary, hepatic osteopathy.
Implementation of the results: Four guidelines based on our results were developed and are used in the teaching at the Biochemistry Department and Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy „Nicolae Testemiţanu”. The improved methods that were developed were implemented in the Biochemistry laboratory of the SUMP „Nicolae Testemiţanu”, Republican Quality Control Laboratory and Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory of the Institute of Cardiology of RM.
