Structure of the thesis: The thesis contains introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 246 titles, 30 annexes, 150 pages of basic text, 27 figures, 14 tables, 22 formules.
Field of study: human capital and its importance in innovative economy.
Research purposes consist in deepening and development of human capital concept and efficiency of its training in the process of innovative economy formation.
Research objectives are: human capital argument based on neoclassical synthesis approaches; revealing the essence, qualitative and innovative economic development criteria and the national innovation system; developing, research based, innovative model for assessing the ability of the human capital of the company.
The novelty, the scientific originality of investigation consists in: identification of limits of existing approaches and analysis through the development of innovative economy; determination, survey-based, of the choice of high school graduates to further invest in developing its human capital; defining the index of innovative capacity of human capital of the company; adaptation and application of survey on the innovative capacity of human capital in the companies in Romania; development and validation of evaluation of the innovative capacity of human capital in the firm.The important scientific problem solved in the investigation consists in the argumentation of the role of human capital in the formation of innovative economy and of National System of Innovation.

Theoretical semnification consists in reasoning used that can contribute to the development of the concepts related to human capital and of innovative economy, in the context of globalization of national economies.
The applicative value of thesis consists in the fact that are proposed solutions adapted to the concrete situation of Romania, with examination of actual problems of human capital and of innovative economy formation. There are arguments of the approaches to use its own model for determining the innovative capacity of human capital of the company and defining the innovative capacity index of human capital within it.
The implementation and the approval of scientific results. The basic ideas, conclusions and recommendations developed in the thesis, have been implemented in the activity of two enterprises in the production sector in the district of Vrancea (Romania) and these will be offered to other companies.
