Summary

The thesis contains 175 types pages and includes: introduction, back literature, materials and methods, 4 chapters with own research, conclusions, recommendations, bibliography citing 329 literary sources, annexes. Illustrative material: 19 tables and 17 figures. The results are published in 10 scientific articles.

Field of study: pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, 14.00.25.

Scope of work: determination of some pharmacological properties of new sorbent Medicas E and appreciation of the opportunities for optimization and rational use of enterosorbtion in association with hyperbaric oxygenation in the complex treatment of acute toxic hepatitis.

Study objectives:determination of the safety and efficiency of active coul Medicas E, the study of effectiveness of enterosorbtion, hyperbaric oxygenation and their association in acute toxic hepatitis after changes in biochemical indices, changes in parameters of lipid peroxidation processes of vital organs.

Novelty and originality of the study: It was found that the sorbent Medicas E may improve the development of acute poisoing with amitriltyline, propranolol, isoniazid and digoxin. At the long administration of activated coals significant changes of biochemical parameters and peripheral blood picture were not determinated, which shows us about the safety of their use.

Theoretical significance: The new activated coal Madicas E can be used in the treatment of intoxicvation with amitriltyline, propranolol, isoniazid and digoxin. It was determinated the safety of Medicas E used for long duration in intact animals. In case of acute toxic hepatitis was demonstrated the benefic influence of Medicas E on the cytolysis syndrome, cholestais and metabolic disturbances. The sorbent Medicas e and HBO do not influence the lipid peroxidation processes in vital organs, but their association enhances of antioxidant enzymes.

Practical value: The administration of sorbent Medicas E is recommended in the complex trearment of different diseases, pathological conditions and poisoning, due to their pathogenetic mechanisms and adsorbent properties of activated coals.

Implementation of scientific results: The study results were implemented in the teaching proces of the departments of Pharmacology and clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacology and clinical Pharmacy and Internal Medicine no.3 also in the medical practice of therapeutical, gastroenterological and pneumological of the municipal Clinical Hospital „Sf. Arhanghel Mihail”.
