Summary

Raţă Sorin “Modeling of application specific means swimming in the restoration and recovery of persons of age 31-40 years”, PhD in Pedagogy, Chişinău, 2015. The structure of the thesis: introduction, 3 chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography consisting of 255, 185 pages, 141 the pages of basic text, tables 26, figures 49 and 4 addition. The results will be published in 10 scientific papers. Keywords: modeling, specific means swimming, restoration, rehabilitation, female persons 31-40 years old, physical education, programs, training, process models, the treatment process, the global deficiencies. Field of study: pedagogy Goal of research: improving the system for the application of specific means swimming in order to repair and recovery of female persons of age 31-40 years old. Objectives: analysis of methodological concepts relating to 1 the practice and effectiveness of physical education in the lives of people in female mature stage of development. 2. Determination of risk factors and the level of development of the female body biopsihofizice at the age of 31 to 40 years. 3. Elaboration of models of specific female swimming for people age 31-40 years old. 4. scientific and experimental Argumentation of implementation patterns for specific swimming exercises in order to repair and recovery of the female body. The novelty and scientific originality consists in the elaboration and implementation of models based on the specific means of swimming to improve health status by restoring and recovering the body of adult female persons. Important scientific issue resolved in the researched consists of theoretical and experimental justification of specific swimming models for implementation in the process of restoring and recovering female persons, a fact that has led to the optimisation of health status. The theoretical significance of the thesis lies in the scientific approach to methodological concepts obtained by results of the research on the basis of which they were proposed, some models of training through various forms, methods, means applied in the aquatic environment. Applicative value of the thesis is the possibility to apply a system based on specific means to swim and have been applied in the process of restoration and recovery for adult women. Models of specific means swimming can be included in the courses prepare students from the Faculty of physical education and sports, physical therapy Specialization and Special Motion. Can be applied in the wards, fitness clubs and aerobic, in clinics and medical offices. Implementation of scientific results was achieved in the process of instruction of persons, by means of specific women's swimming. The methodology developed was presented during the seminars, national and international scientific conferences.
