Thesis structure: the work is done in 120 pages of printed text, consists of Introduction, 4 chapters, synthesis of obtained results, conclusions and practical recommendations, bibliographic index with 182 references, including 27 figures, 6 tables, 19 annexes. The results obtained were published in 8 scientific papers.

The aim of the thesis: Evaluation and analysis of clinical, demographic and socio-medical aspects of gynecological emergency pathologies for the optimization of diagnosis and treatment management of women with gynecological emergency pathologies in the Republic of Moldova.
Objectives of the thesis were: Bringing detailed information regarding incidence, sociodemographic and territorial analysis of female population with gynecological emergency pathologies, as well as appreciation of capabilities and quality of services of medical sanitary institutions and specialized gynecology units, with elaboration measures and practical application for improving the service in gynecological emergency pathologies.
Scientific innovation and originality: For the first time in the Republic of Moldova there were analyzed clinical and socio-medical aspects of gynecological emergency pathologies, depending on: place, time, age and socio-economical estate. There were determined risk factors, which lead to the development and progressing of gynecological emergency pathologies.
The scientific important problem solved: Elaboration and practical application of diagnosis and treatment decision methods, in order to optimize and improve the further management of women with gynecological emergency pathologies.
Theoretical significance: It was presented thorough information regarding morbidity by gynecological emergency pathologies and risk factors that influence their appearance at a regional and republic level, by a typological analysis of applied treatment methods, of volume and quality of offering gynecological.
The applied value of the work: Determining the volume and quality were assessed gynecological emergency assistance in medical institutions of Republic of Moldova. Elaboration and practical application of a range of preventive measures and practical recommendations were developed by the Ministry of Health, at the level of specialists obstetricians and gynecologists, and family physicians to optimize the early diagnosis and treatment regarding patients with gynecopathy and emergency conditions, useful for general practitioners and specialist gynecologists.
The implementation of scientific results: The main resultas of the study are applied in the
training curricula at the process of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the FECMF
and Department of Emergency Medicine, in curative work of the Institute of Emergency
Medicine, MSPI Mother and Child Health Institute.
