Summary

Structure of the thesis includes five chapters, introduction, annotation, literature review, personal research, discussion, conclusions, references, appendices. It is exposed on 120 pages of basic text, contains 13 tables and 60 figures, including color photos, bibliography includes 182 sources cited, 7 annexes. Based investigations were published seven scientific papers, including 2 by a single author.

The domain of study. 431.03 Microbiology, virology, epizootology, mycology and veterinary immunology.

The aim and the objectives of the work. Evaluation of the microbial status of the carcasses of cattle, sheep and pigs according to the trading period. The objectives was: monitoring traceability carcass, microbial status assessment of premises for the sale of carcasses, bacteriological and microscopic studies of carcasses of cattle, sheep, pigs during storage and marketing, antibioresistance study bacterial microflora isolated from carcasses of cattle, sheep and pigs.

Theoretical signification and scientific originality. New data were obtained on farm animal carcasses traceability, the main vectors of contamination during marketing, diversity of bacterial microflora present in the halls intended for trading carcasses and effectiveness of disinfectants recommended for disinfection and disinfection halls, assessing the extent and diversity of bacterial microflora carcasses cattle, sheep and pig on trading period, including the sensitivity of microflora isolated from some antibacterial commonly used in the treatment of farm animals.

The practical importance. Problem solved is to evaluate the microbial status of the carcasses of cattle, sheep and porcine depending of trading conditions the and assessment of risk factors for contamination.

Theoretical significance and value of the work.Assessment of microbial load in farm animal carcasses and highlight critical points of contamination.

Implementation of scientific results. The results were impliment the expertise in sanitary veterinary laboratories in the agricultural markets and in teaching at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, UASM.
