Summary

Structure of thesis. The thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 194 titles, 11 annexes, 146 pages of main text (up to Bibliography), 18 figures, 9 tables. The results are published in 28 scientific papers, inclusive 2 monographs.

Field of study: economics and management.

Goals and objectives of the thesis. The purpose of this paper is to research in Romania specifics of corporate management, international experience of corporate management introduction and implementation of national, scientific design methods to identify the peculiarities of corporate management organization, establishing methodological and applied aspects of the renovation management companies in Romania. To achieve this goal were achieved the following objectives: to identify and analyze peculiarities of corporate management organization in Romania, European and international level; the conceptualisation of the performance aspects of corporate management companies in developed countries; determining how corporate management organization; rethinking the organization of corporate management system in Romania; developing a pool of knowledge for sustainable corporate relations firms.

Scientific novelty of the thesis consists of:research specific management methods and theories develop a better argument Romania's development based on corporate management; Determining a measurement system and management of corporate social responsibility; The rationale of improving the legislative framework to combat conflicts of interest; The rationale of developing and implementing an integrated model, generalized corporate management; Developing indicators descriptors for corporate management; Scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological base of corporate management; Creating a framework for incentives and corporate social responsibility; Setting up a body of knowledge in the field of corporate management; Starting a new vision management of great companies in new knowledge economy.

Important scientific problem solvedis resolved in the foundation of scientific and methodological peculiarities of corporate management organization in Romania, which has led to the development of indicators of an integrated model of generalized corporate management in order to implement provisions of a regulatory document with measures actual corporate behavior of enterprises, away from corruption, ethically, transparent and sustainable.

Theoretical significance lies is to systematize the concept of corporate management; definition of corporate management proposal; highlighting the corporate management organization for internationalization, without affecting the sustainability of the Romanian economy.

The value of the thesis is determined by the findings made and the possibility of using elaborate proposals aimed at obtaining the benefits of the national economy by improving corporate management bases. The results, conclusions and recommendations author would broaden foreign investment in Romania, attracted capital growth in the economy, reduce corruption because traditional management and applied subjectively wrong.

Implementation of scientific results. Some ideas, conclusions and recommendations made in the paper have been implemented in the companies belonging to the Romanian Employers' Confederation, also in SN Salrom, Xannat Minerals SRL, SC Ararat, Creative PFMP, all in Bucharest, Dinamic Company SA Magurele-Ilfov , in the Knowledge based Development Foundation, in subsidiaries Pitesti and Bucharest, and other companies and organizations. The results of investigations are applied in the training of students and masters in economics and management, in financial accounting management program at Spiru Haret University of Bucharest and some recommendations can be used in the work of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
