Goals and objectives. The purpose of this study is an investigation of the problem of complex auto transport business organization by analyzing the legal rules governing the matter, drawing in this respect the legal and doctrinal approaches in the field and in the formulation of solutions and proposals for improvement of the legislation establishes the legal regime of automobile business in Moldova. The main objectives of the paper are: the definition and development of the concept of auto transport business institution in the context of the general framework in which the issue arises their research into comparative law in the legal regulation of the legal regime of automobile business in Moldova, these effects; stating rules of law governing automobile business institution in Moldova and its legal regime, highlighting weaknesses and loopholes in the legal framework of the institution and making suggestions of law in order to improve and streamline legislation concerned.

Scientific novelty of the paper. Is that it is one of the first attempts at broad and complex scientific analysis and road transportation business institution establish its legal regime in the area of domestic civil law doctrine. The research envisages newness including grace that was made purely comparative analysis of statutory automobile business institution and its legal regime, which made it possible to highlight the weaknesses of the national legal framework and creating opportunities for more efficient implementation of legislative practices the civil legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Important scientific problem addressed. Is to determine the scientific validity and legal status of automobile business in the Republic of Moldova by addressing systemic regulatory and legal framework in the field of doctrinal views, and formulate proposals that will help improve and streamline the legislation the matter investigated. The significance of the paper. Is to research complex, multidimensional and interdisciplinary issues legal regime of automobile business in Moldova, highlighting interference with other actors in civil law, civil procedure, etc.

Theoretical importance. Lies in the scientific substantiation of the legal regime of auto transport activity in Moldova and the principles governing these activities, structuring and documentation of the solutions offered by legal doctrine, which so far it has done in the civil domestic science.

Value of the work. Is clear and unequivocal interpretation of legal norms in the matter of the legal regime of automobile business in Moldova, which will contribute to the proper application of the law by both participants in civil legal relations, as well as the courts called to examine the causes of the violation of the legal regime of automobile business in the Republic of Moldova and to determine the effects that this will occur. We also believe that the suggestions of law, issued following investigations carried out, can be made the basis of draft legislation amending the automobile business in Moldova, which will increase the efficiency of the legal framework in general and the act of justice in particular.

Implementation of scientific results This paper is a comprehensive study with theoretical solutions grounded and practical proposals that might be useful from a teaching perspective, the process of teaching civil law faculties of law, the interests of both practitioners and private law.
