The thesis includes introduction, 4 chapters, resolution, conclusions, recommendations, 33 tables, 48 figures, bibliography of 188 sources, 100 pages of basic text. The obtained results were published in 7 scientific works. The research area. Oncology. Study aim. To improve the management of multimodal complex treatment CMG, taking into consideration the final clinical result of the basic pathology and the cosmetic – esthetic results of reconstructive treatment. Study objectives: to study absolute and relative indications for reconstruction of mammary gland. To determine the surgical conduct, to establish the surgical management and to appreciate the frequency and origin of complications after rehabilitation. The analysis of immediate and distant results after rehabilitation treatment of these patients. To appreciate the parameters of quality life improving after mammary reconstruction. The novelty and the scientific originality. For the first time in Republic of Moldova was evaluated surgical reconstruction elective treatment for patients with breast cancer, undergoing the complex treatment depending on stage of pathology and the techniques of mastectomy, duration and frequency of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The scientific solved problem: there were appreciated early and distant results after performed surgical treatment. I have analyzed clinical and laboratory evolution of patients with CMG depending on specific treatment and the pathology stage. The theoretical significance and the applicative value of the work. The performed study has demonstrated the individual contribution of different methods of surgical reconstructive treatment of patients undergoing mastectomy, chemo- and radiotherapy of CMG for elaboration the following tactics of diagnosis and treatment. The analysis of successful surgical correction of mammary gland, 3 temporal points have been evaluated (at discharge, after 3 and 12 months), for determining the success of surgical operation. The performed study has demonstrated the superiority of psycho emotional state, social and family reintegration of patients after complex reconstructive treatment.
